Job Summary
RN Supervisor oversees nursing staff in a homeless-services detox unit (CDCC), develops schedules, coordinates care with Medical Director and program leadership, prioritizes client needs, conducts triage and assessments, supervises medication administration and narcotics counts, leads groups, trains nonmedical staff, ensures documentation and quality improvement projects, and collaborates with external providers including hospitals and methadone programs. Requires active RN licensure; strong leadership and communication; experience with homelessness or detox settings; preferred Bachelor's in Nursing and CARN certification.
