Supervise delivery of medications and treatments while overseeing RN/LPN charge nurses, CNAs, and medication aids. Complete admission and routine resident assessments, monitor resident conditions to ensure safety and continuity of care, and support activities of daily living. Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families. Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates.
