Job Summary
RN Supervisor leads nursing staff on the 11am–7pm shift (Mon–Fri and every other weekend), overseeing clinical operations, delivering high-quality patient care, mentoring staff, conducting assessments, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Requires current RI or compact-state RN/LPN license, 2+ years in long-term care/skilled nursing, and PCC software proficiency. Includes a $7,500 sign-on bonus and a flexible schedule; salary is $45–$55/hour (plus $2 if benefits are waived). Berkshire Place Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in Rhode Island or a compact state
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care/skilled nursing setting
- Proficiency in healthcare software (PCC)
- Oversee nursing staff activities, provide clinical guidance, staff training, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
