RN Supervisor 0.3 Night

Conduct walking rounds through all Continuing Care neighborhoods to ensure nursing staff provide the highest level of resident care. Review, adjust, and monitor nursing staffing to meet established PPD while effectively implementing a person-centered approach to care. Assist in resolving resident/family concerns, lead investigations for injuries, medication errors, and abuse allegations, and complete supervisory reports. Review documentation in medical records to ensure compliance with regulations, nursing standards of practice, and Erickson policy. Perform these duties on a 7:00pm - 7:30am every other Saturday and Sunday schedule. Requires minimum one year floor nurse experience, prior supervisory experience, current state RN license, and CPR certification.
