Job Summary
Conduct walking rounds through all Continuing Care neighborhoods to ensure nursing staff provide the highest level of resident care. Review, adjust, and monitor staffing levels to meet established PPD while implementing a person-centered approach to care. Assist in resolving resident and family concerns, lead investigations for injuries, medication errors, and abuse allegations, and complete required supervisory reports. Review medical record documentation for compliance with regulations, nursing standards, and Erickson policy. Perform these duties on a rotating schedule from 7:00pm to 7:30am every other Saturday and Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living or hospital
- Prior supervisory experience
- Licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR certification
- Schedule: 7:00pm - 7:30am every other Saturday and Sunday
