RN Supervisor 0.3 Night

Conduct walking rounds through all Continuing Care neighborhoods to ensure nursing staff provide the highest level of resident care. Review, adjust, and monitor staffing across skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care to meet established PPD. Effectively implement a person-centered approach to care, assist in resolving resident/family concerns, and lead investigations for injuries, medication errors, or abuse allegations. Complete supervisory reports as required by the Director of Nursing and review medical records for compliance with regulations and Erickson policy. Perform these duties on a 7:00pm to 7:30am every other Saturday and Sunday schedule with a potential $2.00 hourly shift differential.
