RN Supervisor 0.3 Night

Conduct walking rounds through all Continuing Care neighborhoods to ensure nursing staff provide the highest level of resident care. Review, adjust, and monitor staffing levels to meet established PPD while effectively implementing a person-centered approach to care. Assist in resolving resident and family concerns, lead investigations for injuries or medication errors, and complete required supervisory reports. Review medical documentation to ensure compliance with regulations, nursing standards, and Erickson policy. Perform these duties every other Saturday and Sunday from 7:00pm to 7:30am. Requires minimum one year of floor nurse experience in skilled nursing or long-term care, prior supervisory experience, current state RN licensure, and CPR certification.
