RN Supervisor 0.3 Night

Conduct walking rounds through all Continuing Care neighborhoods to ensure nursing staff provide the highest level of resident care. Review, adjust, and monitor staffing in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care to meet established PPD. Effectively implement a person-centered approach to care, assist in resolving resident/family concerns, and lead investigations for injuries, medication errors, or abuse allegations. Review documentation in medical records to ensure compliance with regulations, nursing standards of practice, and Erickson policy. Complete supervisory reports as required by the Director of Nursing. Perform these duties on a rotating schedule from 7:00pm to 7:30am every other Saturday and Sunday.
