Job Summary
Conduct walking rounds through all Continuing Care neighborhoods to ensure nursing staff provide the highest level of resident care. Review and adjust staffing levels across skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care to meet established PPD. Effectively implement a person-centered approach to care, assist in resolving resident and family concerns, and lead investigations for injuries, medication errors, or abuse allegations. Review medical record documentation to ensure compliance with regulations, nursing standards, and Erickson policy. Complete supervisory reports as required by the Director of Nursing. Requires minimum one year floor nurse experience, prior supervisory experience, current state RN license, and CPR certification. Schedule is 7:00pm to 7:30am every other Saturday and Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living or hospital
- Prior supervisory experience
- Licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR certification
- Schedule: 7:00pm - 7:30am every other Saturday and Sunday
