Job Summary
Conduct walking rounds through all Continuing Care neighborhoods to ensure nursing staff provide the highest level of resident care. Review, adjust, and monitor staffing to meet established PPD while implementing a person-centered approach focusing on resident strengths and comfort. Assist in resolving resident and family concerns, lead investigations for injuries, medication errors, or abuse allegations, and complete required supervisory reports. Review medical documentation to ensure compliance with regulations, nursing standards, and Erickson policy. Perform these duties every other Saturday and Sunday from 7:00pm to 7:30am.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living or hospital
- Prior supervisory experience
- Licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR certification
- Schedule: 7:00pm - 7:30am every other Saturday and Sunday
