RN Sub-Acute

Inform the Director of unmet physician visits and consult with residents, families, and physicians to plan care via telecon or videoconference. Notify attending physicians and next-of-kin regarding changes in resident condition. Visit residents daily to evaluate physical and emotional status, provide direct nursing care, and start IVs or obtain lab specimens. Review nursing notes to ensure they accurately reflect resident responses and adherence to wishes. Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as necessary. Work full-time 7pm–7am shifts with a sign-on and referral bonus. Current California RN license and clean background check required.
