Job Summary
RN Structural Heart Coordinator coordinates and manages care for patients undergoing structural heart procedures (e.g., TAVR, MitraClip, WATCHMAN). Serves as the primary clinical liaison for structural heart patients and providers, ensuring efficient operations, continuity of care, and regulatory compliance. Coordinates and performs hands-on acute patient care at the bedside within the Cardiac Cath department. Requires RN licensure, 3-5 years of cardiovascular nursing experience, BLS and ACLS; education includes an associates degree (bachelor’s preferred). Daytime, 40 hrs/week at St John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL; travel not indicated. Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Nursing is required
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required
- 3-5 years of cardiovascular nursing experience is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred
