RN Stroke Program Coordinator

Oversee stroke program operations and provide clinical leadership for ischemic, hemorrhagic, and TIA patients across the care continuum. Coordinate regulatory accreditation, review daily patient data to track STK Advanced Primary Stroke Center benchmarks, and monitor compliance with quality guidelines. Direct response protocols for Code Strokes in the hospital and ED while collaborating with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery. Develop and revise clinical pathways, standards of care, and order sets based on best practices and research findings. Lead staff education initiatives for orientation, annual training, and competency development to support continual learning.
