RN - STEP DOWN

Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care, noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate during the night shift from 19:00 to 07:30. Maintain Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certifications, along with National Institutes of NIH clearance. This role supports the 9W Neuroscience department by facilitating seamless transitions and comprehensive care delivery.
