Assess learning needs and design in-service and continuing education programs based on quality assurance data to meet regulatory guidelines. Develop, implement, communicate, and evaluate the annual training plan while creating specific teaching plans for all facility roles. Manage orientation and in-service education for staff, and serve as the Infection Prevention/Control Coordinator by designing systems to monitor and prevent infections among residents and employees. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure all facility policies and procedures are carried out to the highest standard.
