RN Staff - Women & Children - Adult ICU - PT -1st Shift

Manage a challenging workflow in an 8-bed Medical/Surgical Adult ICU at the Women/Children campus, caring for critical medical, antepartum, postpartum, GYN oncology, GYN, and ENT patients requiring intensive monitoring. Handle diverse critical situations including hemorrhage, critical OB, CRRT, ventilators, and titrating drips. Lead all Rapid Responses and Code Blue situations for the adult patient population. Participate in Shared Governance, Clinical Ladder programs, and CEU offerings. Requires current Alabama or multi-state licensure, BLS certification, and ACLS within one year of hire. Orientation typically lasts 6-12 weeks.
