RN Staff- Weekends 4F, FT, Nights

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, initiate medication reconciliation, and evaluate individualized care plans for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Collaborate with the treatment team to coordinate interdisciplinary plans of care, perform venipuncture, and administer medications while verifying patient safety. Provide patient and significant other education based on developmental factors, document ongoing observations and interventions, and adhere to hospital policies to maintain a safe environment. Maintain CPR certification and demonstrate problem-solving skills throughout the shift.
