RN Staff Weekday- 4F Med/Surg, Full Time, Nights

Complete nursing assessments, plan, direct, and evaluate individualized care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Initiate medication reconciliation during admission, transfer, and discharge. Collaborate with the treatment team to maintain accurate interdisciplinary care plans. Perform venipuncture and administer medications safely while documenting patient conditions and responses. Provide patient and significant other education based on developmental factors. Adhere to hospital policies to ensure a safe environment. Maintain CPR certification and BLS certification.
