RN Staff-Surgical Trauma ICU Step Down Unit-FT-3rd shift

Assess patient needs and priorities for care, plan and delegate care based on those needs, and evaluate patient response to treatment and progress toward expected outcomes. Accountable for all patient care outcomes delivered during the assigned third shift on the Surgical Trauma ICU Step Down Unit. Current Alabama or multi-state RN licensure required; BLS certification mandatory before orientation concludes, with ACLS required within one year of hire.
