RN Staff - Progressive Surgical Unit I - FT - 3rd Shift

Assess patient needs and priorities for care, then plan and delegate care based on those assessments. Evaluate patient responses to interventions and track progress toward expected outcomes while remaining accountable for all care delivered during the assigned 3rd shift. BLS certification is required before orientation concludes, and ACLS must be completed within one year of hire. New graduates are accepted with experience preferred. This role is part of a progressive surgical unit within a hospital recognized by U.S. News & World Report as Best Regional Hospital and #2 in Alabama.
