Job Summary
Assess patient needs and priorities, plan and delegate care, and evaluate patient response to treatment to ensure attainment of expected outcomes. You are accountable for the outcomes of patient care delivered during the assigned 1st shift. BLS certification is required before orientation concludes, with ACLS needed within one year of hire. This role is part of Huntsville Hospital's specialized Orthopedic & Spine Tower and Level 1 Trauma Center, offering a Nurse Residency Program for new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of state board School of Nursing
- Current Alabama or multi-state licensure
- BLS (before the conclusion of the orientation period)
- ACLS (within one year of hire)
