RN Staff Pool Float Days

RN Staff Pool Float position in Day shift at AdventHealth in Tavares, FL. Perform and document initial and ongoing patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, administer medications as ordered, supervise nursing personnel to ensure safe, therapeutic, and high-quality patient care, and provide education to patients and families about the care plan, medications, and procedures. Requires Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), active RN license, 1+ year of acute care hospital experience, and BLS certification; EKG interpretation and other listed certifications and licensure may apply depending on unit/state. Will float to appropriate departments within scope, skill/ability, and credentials. Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills emphasized.
