Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for complex oncology surgical cases, medical oncology, chemotherapy infusions, and end-of-life patients within the designated adult inpatient cancer department. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated, holistic care while advocating for patients through education and emotional support. Utilize cutting-edge electronic health systems to accurately document patient information and ensure seamless care delivery. Maintain current RN licensure and Basic Life Support certification. BSN is strongly preferred, with experience in acute care settings valued. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program as required by licensure
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- At least one year of nursing experience, or completion of the Legacy Health RN Residency program (or equivalent program)
