RN Staff Nurse

RN Staff Nurse in a long-term care setting provides direct nursing care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. Responsibilities include admitting/transferring/discharging residents, conducting daily rounds, administering medications, documenting care, updating care plans, and coordinating with physicians and nursing staff. Requires CPR certification, an active RN license, leadership and communication skills, adherence to policies, and ensuring high-quality resident care; supervision of CNAs and participation in meetings and quality improvement activities.
