RN Staff- Neuro Progressive Care Unit-FT-3rd shift

Assess patient needs and priorities through clinical evaluation, then plan and delegate care based on identified requirements. Evaluate patient response to interventions and track progress toward expected outcomes while remaining accountable for all care delivered during the assigned third shift. Maintain current Alabama or multi-state licensure and complete BLS before orientation, with ACLS required within one year of hire.
