RN Staff- Neuro Progressive Care Unit-FT-1st shift

Assess patient needs and priorities through clinical assessment, then plan and delegate care based on those needs. Evaluate patient response to interventions and track progress toward expected outcomes while remaining accountable for all care delivered during the assigned shift. Identify and address specific patient requirements within the Progressive Care Unit environment.
