RN Staff - Neonatal ICU - FT - 3rd Shift

Conduct critical care for premature and sick newborns while maintaining established standards of care, policies, and goals. Assess patient needs and priorities, then plan and delegate care based on those assessments. Evaluate patient responses to treatment and progress toward expected outcomes, remaining accountable for all care delivered during the assigned shift. Support parents through effective communication regarding the plan of care and scope of treatment. Collaborate with providers and ancillary staff as a team member. Work full-time hours (3 shifts weekly) during orientation, followed by every 3rd weekend rotation. Obtain required BLS and NRP certifications during orientation.
