Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Neonatal ICU while directing and coordinating all nursing activities based on established clinical practices. Collaborate with professional disciplines to ensure effective patient outcomes. Requires 2 years of endoscopy experience or 5 years of RN experience in Surgical Services, Critical Care, or Medical-Surgical settings. Must hold an Alabama RN license, current BLS, and ACLS certification (within 90 days). Schedule includes 3rd shift PRN coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an School of Professional Nursing
- Must provide documented evidence to perform waived testing
- 2 years of endoscopy experience
- 5 years of RN nursing experience in various clinical settings including Surgical Services, Critical Care or Medical-Surgical Nursing
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS Certification
