RN Staff - Mother Baby - FT -3rd Shift

Assess, educate, and care for postpartum mothers and newborns on the 38-bed Mother/Baby unit, prioritizing patient needs based on assessments and managing assigned shift responsibilities. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to support family-centered couplet care, including skin-to-skin bonding, breastfeeding assistance, and designated quiet hours. Maintain current Alabama or multi-state licensure and complete BLS and NRP certification within six months of hire.
