Assess patient needs and priorities, plan and delegate care, and evaluate patient response to treatment. Account for all patient care outcomes delivered during the assigned shift. BLS required before orientation completion; ACLS required within one year of hire. State board nursing graduate with current Alabama or multi-state licensure.
