Job Summary
Assess patient needs and priorities, plan and delegate care, and evaluate patient responses to ensure expected outcomes are met during the assigned shift. Remain accountable for all patient care delivered throughout the 1st shift. Maintain current Alabama or multi-state licensure and complete BLS certification before orientation concludes, with ACLS required within one year of hire.
