RN Staff Hospice Facility

Assess patient needs and priorities through comprehensive evaluation, planning, and delegation of care based on individual requirements. Monitor patient responses to interventions and track progress toward specific outcomes. Coordinate care seamlessly with other professional disciplines as needed. Maintain current Alabama or Multistate nursing license, BLS certification, and valid driver's license. Requires minimum one year of nursing experience with hospice background preferred. Must possess strong conflict resolution skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Role involves prolonged standing, lifting, and patient transfer duties.
