RN Staff Flex - Surgical Trauma ICU/Step Down - FT - 3rd Shift

Assess patient needs and priorities, then plan and delegate care based on those assessments. Evaluate patient responses to care and track progress toward expected outcomes while maintaining established standards of care, policies, and goals. Account for all patient care outcomes delivered during the assigned third shift. Maintain current Alabama or Multistate nursing license, obtain BLS during orientation, and acquire ACLS within the first six months. Requires independent work in a fast-paced environment with frequent task prioritization.
