RN Staff Flex - Surgical Trauma ICU/Step Down - FT - 3rd Shift

Assess patient needs and priorities, then plan and delegate care based on those assessments. Evaluate patient response to interventions and track progress toward expected outcomes. Maintain established standards of care, policies, and goals while administering professional nursing care to all patients. Work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks that change frequently. Requires current Alabama or Multistate nursing license, BLS within orientation, and ACLS within six months. Full-time third-shift position at Huntsville Hospital, a Level 1 Trauma Center and Best Regional Hospital.
