RN Staff Flex - Surgical Trauma ICU/Step Down - FT - 1st Shift

Assess patient needs and priorities, then plan and delegate care based on those assessments. Evaluate patient responses to care and track progress toward expected outcomes while maintaining established standards of care, policies, and goals. Remain accountable for all patient care outcomes delivered during the assigned shift. Maintain current BLS certification upon orientation and obtain ACLS within the first six months of employment. Work full-time in the first shift at Huntsville Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center and Best Regional Hospital in Alabama.
