RN Staff - ED Observation Unit - FT - Shift Varies

Assess patient needs and prioritize care in the ED Observation Unit, planning and delegating tasks based on individual requirements. Evaluate patient responses to treatment and track progress toward expected outcomes while remaining accountable for shift-specific care delivery. Maintain current Alabama or multi-state licensure and complete BLS certification before orientation, with ACLS required within one year of hire. This role supports our Level 1 Trauma Center and Red Shirt Trauma Program, offering new graduates access to a Nurse Residency Program and ongoing clinical development through our Shared Governance structure.
