RN Staff - CVICU Step Down Unit - FT - 1st Shift

Assess patient needs and priorities, plan and delegate care, and evaluate patient responses to treatment within the CVICU Step Down Unit. Account for all patient care outcomes delivered during the assigned first shift. Maintain current Alabama or multi-state licensure and hold BLS certification prior to orientation completion; ACLS certification required within one year of hire. This role supports the CVICU Step Down Unit team, focusing on direct patient assessment and care planning.
