Organize and coordinate delivery of nursing care to groups of patients in compliance with hospital and departmental policies, protocols, and procedures. Provide direct patient care by monitoring physiological and behavioral status, evaluating patient progress, and performing treatments and procedures while recognizing, reporting, and documenting clinical observations. Participate in orientation, training, and management of personnel. Requires current AL RN license, BLS, and accredited nursing degree. PRN schedule available.
