Assess patient needs and priorities, plan and delegate care, and evaluate patient response to treatment within the assigned shift. Account for all patient care outcomes delivered during your 3rd shift rotation. Maintain current Alabama or multi-state licensure and hold BLS certification before orientation concludes, with ACLS required within one year of hire.
