RN/ST Surgery

Provide evidence-based nursing care in a surgical setting, adhering to ANA standards and the interprofessional plan of care. Collaborate with the health care team to ensure continuity and coordination of care, advocate for patient/family needs, perform point-of-care testing as required, and uphold ethical practices. Participate in discharge planning, ensure accurate and timely documentation, and contribute to ongoing quality and improvement activities. Maintain professional practice through ongoing assessment, planning, and education to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Requires active RN license in Michigan, ADN with BSN progression, and relevant BLS/ACLS certifications. Location: Zeeland Hospital, Zeeland, MI. Employment Type: Full-time, Day shift (7:00am-5:00pm), Monday-Friday with potential on-call considerations.
