RN - St Louis Float Pool - Full Time - Nights

Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model while maintaining professional accountability and coordinating care across departments. Float between Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, Oncology, Neurology, and Orthopedics units to gain broad clinical experience and sharpen assessment skills. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to the State Nurse Practice Act and Mercy Service Standards. Requires minimum one year of acute care RN experience, current Missouri RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications. Full-time 7p-7a schedule with shift differential and float pool incentive rate.
