RN - St Louis Float Pool - Full Time

Provide patient care utilizing the nursing process while maintaining professional accountability for assigned patients. Coordinate care across departments and ensure patient rights and confidentiality are upheld within the scope of nursing practice and Mercy Health System guidelines. Float between units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, Oncology, Neurology, and Orthopedics to gain broad clinical experience. Requires minimum one year of acute care RN experience, current Missouri RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and a BSN preferred. Full-time 7p-7a schedule with shift differential and float pool incentives.
