RN - St Louis Float Pool - Full Time - Nights

Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model while maintaining professional accountability and coordinating care across departments. Float between units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, Oncology, Neurology, and Orthopedics to gain broad clinical experience. Adhere to the scope of nursing preparation, state guidelines, and the Code of Professional and Business Ethics. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality throughout shifts. Requires minimum one year of acute care RN experience, current Missouri RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications. Full-time 7p-7a schedule with shift differential and float pool incentives.
