Job Summary
Provides nursing care for MAT clinic patients, assesses and plans care, conducts nursing procedures and services, supports buprenorphine prescribers, conducts motivational interviewing, and provides education on medication use, relapse prevention, and OUD resources. Responsibilities include patient screening and medical assessment, care coordination and planning, data collection for quality improvement and grants, and accurate documentation of encounters in partnership with providers. Requires knowledge of nursing principles, strong communication, and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Education and licensure: Associate degree in nursing; WA RN license; BLS certification within 60 days of hire. 1.0 FTE, 10-hour shifts in Elma, WA; salary range $39.81-$55.55/hour with annualized equivalents $82,805–$115,544 depending on experience. BSN preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing
- Current and unrestricted Washington State Registered Nurse license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
