RN - Specialty II in the OR (Days, Mon-Fri, 1st Shift) with a $20K sign-on bonus. Provides direct patient care in a specialty unit per scope of practice and organizational standards. Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care based on assessment to optimize outcomes and resource use; monitors and communicates patient condition; delegates to ancillary staff; may precept students/new hires; collaborates across disciplines for care coordination; evaluates learning needs of patients and families and provides appropriate education tailored to age, culture, and circumstances.
