Conduct critical thinking and decisive judgment in a stressful environment with minimal supervision, managing complex patient care across ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty Procedural areas. Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy while maintaining ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider certification, or obtain APHON certification within 12 months for pediatric oncologic indications. Maintain ACLS certification for relevant units and PALS for pediatric areas, with a 30-day window to acquire PALS if transitioning from non-pediatric backgrounds. Obtain NRP certification within 30 days for NICU staff coming from non-NICU backgrounds. Complete mandatory fetal monitoring certification prior to orientation for L&D RNs.
