RN Specialty II- FT - Days - $20K Sign on Bonus - JDCH

Provides direct patient care in the cardiac ICU (which may include transplant patients) in a Memorial Healthcare System facility. Responsibilities include evaluating learning needs of patients and families; planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to optimize outcomes; monitoring, documenting, and communicating patient condition; collaborating across disciplines to coordinate care (including disposition, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support); effectively delegating to ancillary staff; potential to precept students and new hires. Education and certification requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN license in Florida, along with BLS, PALS, ACLS (and specific program requirements for ICU/area).
