Job Summary
Assess and evaluate patient care needs, suggest solutions to patient care problems and complaints, and identify recommendations for departmental issues. Coordinate teaching plans by assessing patient and family learning needs while assisting in departmental function assessments to recommend productivity changes. Support provider practices through clinical duties and care coordination. Requires an active Washington State RN license, BLS certification, and graduation from an accredited nursing school. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross)
- Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment
