Assess and evaluate patient care needs while suggesting solutions to patient care problems and departmental issues. Identify and recommend fixes for departmental problems, then assist in assessing departmental function and productivity to suggest necessary changes. Evaluate patient and family learning needs to coordinate and carry out teaching plans. Support the provider's practice by performing clinical duties and assisting in the coordination of patient care. Maintain active Registered Nurse licensure through the Washington State Department of Health and hold current BLS or CPR/AED certification. Hourly pay ranges from $29.00 to $52.00 based on full-time employment.
