Job Summary
Deploy staff education aligned with system initiatives, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based best practices. Deliver just-in-time training, elbow-side support, and coaching to frontline staff on clinical performance and documentation. Partner with subject matter experts to validate adoption of specialty programs and coordinate onboarding resources. Provide feedback to support system-wide development, EHR optimization, and committee participation for designated units. Requires RN licensure, BLS/ACLS certifications, and proficiency in Electronic Health Records software.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Records software
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Current Advanced Life Saving as appropriate for area of specialty
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
- Access to and understanding of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- Three years of recent experience as a clinical nurse / area of specialty ie. perinatal, critical care, emergency, perioperative, or medical surgical
- Experience in education
- Certification in Specialty Area
